Cryptoize advertises cryptocurrency investment plans offering returns as high as 450% in five days, 1,500% in 30 days and 3,500% in 70 days. It also promotes a plan paying up to 3% weekly for life.
Those are extraordinary figures. Before depositing money, potential investors need to know where the returns come from, who operates the business, whether the financial claims can be independently verified and what protections apply if withdrawals stop.
Our investigation found serious reasons for caution, including exceptionally high advertised returns, inconsistencies in the website’s claims about its history, and a lack of independently verified evidence establishing that its investment activities generate the promised income.
This review separates what Cryptoize says about itself from what we could independently establish.
What is Cryptoize?
Cryptoize operates through Cryptoize.net, a website that presents itself as a cryptocurrency investment platform.
Its stated business model is a high-yield private-loan programme backed by forex trading, investments in funds and other activities. The website says profits from these activities are used to support the programme and its members.
However, the public information we examined did not establish independently audited investment performance demonstrating that these activities generate enough external income to support the advertised returns.
Cryptoize also accepts a range of cryptocurrencies and electronic payment methods, according to its FAQ. This makes the platform accessible to people who want to deposit digital assets, but it does not demonstrate that the investment proposition is sustainable.
What returns does Cryptoize advertise?
Cryptoize’s investment page displays a series of short-term plans alongside a lifetime weekly-income option.
The published figures include:
| Advertised plan | Published return figure |
|---|---|
| After one day | Up to 125% |
| After five days | Up to 450% |
| After 12 days | Up to 750% |
| After 30 days | Up to 1,500% |
| After 70 days | Up to 3,500% |
| After 100 days | Up to 6,500% |
| Weekly for life | Up to 3% per week |
These are the website’s advertised figures, not independently verified investment results. The different plans also have different minimums, maximums and tier structures. The 100-day plan’s published table contains inconsistencies between the headline maximum, the stated maximum deposit and the listed deposit tiers, so the exact terms should not be assumed to be clear. What would those returns mean in practice?
Consider a hypothetical $100 deposit. If a plan genuinely returned 450% of the original deposit after five days, that would mean $450 in total if the percentage includes the original capital. If 450% meant profit alone, the total would be $550.
The distinction matters because investment websites do not always use “return”, “profit” and “payout” consistently. The precise contract wording needs to be checked for each plan.
Regardless of the interpretation, returns of this magnitude over such short periods demand compelling evidence of how they are generated.
For comparison, an investment earning a 450% return in five days would need to multiply the initial amount several times over in less than a week. Repeating such results at scale while meeting withdrawals would be an extraordinary financial undertaking.
Cryptoize does not provide sufficient independently verified financial evidence in the public material reviewed to demonstrate that it can sustainably achieve these rates.
Where does the money supposedly come from?
Cryptoize describes its programme as a private-lending operation supported by forex trading, funds and other investment activities.
Those descriptions raise several questions.
- Which legal entities or borrowers receive the money?
- Which trading accounts, brokers or funds are involved?
- Are audited financial statements available?
- What are the historical profits and losses?
- How much income comes from genuine external investment activity rather than new member deposits?
- How are the very high advertised payouts funded after operating costs and trading losses?
We did not establish independently audited answers to these questions.
That does not prove that no trading takes place. It means the website’s explanation of its business model is not enough to verify the financial claims.
A genuine investment business should be able to explain how it generates income and provide evidence that can be checked independently.
The claim that Cryptoize has more than 10 years of experience
Cryptoize’s About page claims more than 10 years in business. However, HYIPExplorer records the programme as starting on 10 October 2024, and the domain-registration information displayed by the monitor records a creation date of 27 September 2024.
Those dates do not establish when the people behind the website began any earlier business activity. A domain can be new while its owners have operated other businesses before it.
Nevertheless, the public information reviewed does not establish a documented 10-year history for this specific investment programme.
Cryptoize should clarify what the claim refers to and provide evidence of the earlier business activity if it is relying on that history to establish credibility.
Who owns Cryptoize?
Cryptoize uses the name “Cryptoize Limited” and displays a UK company number, 23059395, on its website. It also displays a D-U-N-S number.
These identifiers should not be treated as proof that the investment service is authorised, financially sound or safe.
In the searches undertaken for this review, we could not independently establish a complete, verified account of the people who ultimately own and control the programme or confirm the legal and regulatory status of the specific investment offer.
That is an important gap for a platform inviting members to deposit substantial amounts of money.
Potential investors should independently verify the claimed company number against the official Companies House register, check the registered entity’s officers and filings, and establish whether that entity is actually responsible for the website and investment contracts.
We have not established sufficient evidence to name a founder or beneficial owner. It would be irresponsible to guess.
What do Cryptoize’s terms and conditions say?
Cryptoize’s terms state that it is not a licensed bank or securities firm. They also describe deposits as private transactions and claim exemptions from certain US securities laws.
Those statements are not proof that the programme is exempt from applicable law. A website cannot make itself exempt from a country’s financial regulations simply by describing its offer as private.
The terms also say that rates, commissions and rules can be changed at the programme’s discretion without notice. That gives the operator considerable flexibility and makes it important for investors to understand which terms they can rely on.
Read the Cryptoize terms and conditions carefully before considering any deposit.
Is Cryptoize regulated in the UK?
We did not establish from the evidence reviewed that Cryptoize has the relevant UK authorisation for the investment service it advertises.
This is not a claim that we have proved the company is unregulated in every jurisdiction. The operating entity, legal structure and permissions need to be checked against authoritative records.
The Financial Conduct Authority explains that almost all financial firms in the UK must be authorised or registered for the relevant activities. It also warns that dealing with an unauthorised firm can leave consumers without access to the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme protections.
You can check the official FCA Firm Checker and Warning List.
A UK company registration, a D-U-N-S number, a website certificate or the use of cryptocurrency does not replace the required financial permissions.
What do third-party monitoring websites say?
Cryptoize is listed on HYIP monitoring websites, including HYIPExplorer and HYIP.biz.
HYIPExplorer’s listing describes the programme as high risk and records its launch in October 2024. It also displays reported payments and member comments. Some users posted positive payment reports in October 2026.
These reports are worth noting, but they are not audited accounts or proof that all investors can withdraw their money. A payment report may show that a particular transaction was reportedly received; it does not establish where the money originated or whether the business can meet its obligations over time.
The monitor also records manual withdrawals. Cryptoize’s own FAQ says withdrawals are normally processed within 12 to 24 business hours, while its how-it-works page refers to processing within 48 hours depending on staff availability.
Those are the operator’s stated processing times, not a guarantee that every request will be paid.
A programme may pay some investors while still being financially unsustainable. The key question is not simply whether somebody has received a payment, but whether the business has a verifiable, sustainable source of income sufficient to meet its obligations.
What does ScamAdviser say?
ScamAdviser’s assessment of Cryptoize.net gives the website a very low trust score and flags characteristics associated with high-yield investment programmes.
Its concerns include the website’s limited visitor numbers, cryptocurrency-related risk and the presence of other low-rated websites on the same server.
These are automated, third-party indicators. They do not independently prove fraud, and website-scoring systems can make mistakes.
The more substantive concern remains the investment offer itself: exceptionally high advertised returns without sufficient independently verified evidence demonstrating how those returns are generated.
Is Cryptoize a Ponzi scheme?
A Ponzi scheme typically uses money from newer investors to pay earlier investors while presenting those payments as investment returns.
Cryptoize’s advertised returns are high enough to warrant scrutiny of the source of its payouts. However, the evidence gathered for this review does not conclusively establish that its payments are funded by new deposits, and we did not identify a court judgment establishing that Cryptoize operates a Ponzi scheme.
It would therefore be inappropriate to state that classification as a proven fact.
The relevant questions are whether Cryptoize can demonstrate genuine external income, disclose the people responsible for the programme, provide independently verified financial records and explain how it can sustain its advertised rates.
Until those questions are answered satisfactorily, the advertised returns should not be taken as evidence of a reliable investment opportunity.
What about its referral programme?
Cryptoize advertises an affiliate programme with commissions of up to 15%. Its website encourages members to refer others to the platform.
Referral commissions are not inherently evidence of wrongdoing. Legitimate businesses use referral programmes too.
The concern here is the combination of referral incentives with extraordinarily high investment returns. If members are encouraged to recruit others into a financial programme, they should understand exactly what is being promoted and whether the underlying investment activity has been independently verified.
Anyone considering promoting Cryptoize should avoid presenting its returns as guaranteed, risk-free or independently proven.
What if you have already deposited money?
If you already have funds with Cryptoize, consider these practical steps:
- Read the terms governing your specific plan and withdrawal rights.
- Keep copies of deposits, account balances, transaction IDs, withdrawal requests and all correspondence.
- If you want to withdraw, follow the published process and retain evidence of your request.
- Be cautious about depositing additional money to unlock a withdrawal, pay a release fee or meet a new condition. Independently verify the contractual and legal basis before paying.
- If you suspect fraud, contact your bank or payment provider promptly and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
Cryptocurrency transfers can be difficult or impossible to reverse. Do not assume that a displayed account balance means the funds are available to withdraw.
Be particularly wary of anyone offering to recover lost cryptocurrency in exchange for an upfront payment.
Questions Cryptoize should answer
Before its investment claims can be properly assessed, Cryptoize should provide:
- The full legal identity of the operating company and its verified company records.
- The names of the directors and beneficial owners.
- Audited financial statements and independently verifiable investment results.
- Evidence supporting the stated private-lending, forex-trading and fund-investment activities.
- A clear explanation of how each advertised return is calculated and whether the principal is included.
- An explanation for the claim of more than 10 years in business, given the domain and programme dates identified by third-party sources.
- Details of its regulatory status and the legal basis on which it accepts investments from UK consumers.
- Clear information about the reserve fund mentioned in its FAQ, including who holds it, how much it contains and whether it is independently audited.
These are reasonable questions for a financial business inviting people to entrust it with their money.
Final verdict: Should you invest in Cryptoize?
Our recommendation is to avoid investing unless Cryptoize can provide convincing, independently verifiable evidence addressing the concerns in this review.
The website advertises returns that are extraordinarily high over very short periods. It describes trading and lending activities, but the public evidence reviewed does not independently demonstrate that those activities can generate enough income to fund the promised payments.
There are also unresolved questions about ownership, the claimed business history and the legal status of the investment offer.
We have not established a court judgment proving that Cryptoize is a scam, and we do not present that allegation as fact. The defensible conclusion is that the investment claims are not adequately substantiated by the evidence we could verify.
Do not confuse reported payments, an attractive website or company-registration details with proof of a sustainable and properly authorised investment business.
For anyone considering depositing money, the potential loss of the entire deposit should be taken seriously.
Research date: 21 October 2026. This review is based on publicly available material identified during our research. It should be updated if new corporate records, regulatory findings or independently verified financial evidence become available.
